These terms explain the rules for using the Fairsprout online store ("Fairsprout", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Who we are

Fairsprout is an online store. Our store runs on Shopify. Our products are made and shipped by third-party suppliers.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You agree not to use the store for anything illegal, to break or overload the website, or to copy our content without permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show products correctly. Colors on your screen can look a little different from the real item. Some product images may be created or edited with AI tools; when this matters, we say so. If a product is not as described, please see our Refund policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping cost and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card number.

Subscription prices (such as the filter plan) can change only after we email you at least 14 days ahead. If you're charged a new price and didn't want it, cancel and email us within 14 days after that charge, and we refund that charge in full. See our Subscription policy.

5. Orders

After you order, you get an email confirmation. We may cancel an order (and give a full refund) if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing mistake, if we suspect fraud, or if a personalized order breaks the rules in section 9 (Personalized products and content you upload).

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, comment, or photo, it must be honest and your own. We may show it on our store. We do not post fake reviews.

9. Personalized products and content you upload

When you add text or upload a photo or design for a personalized product ("your content"):

  1. You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it. For example, you took the photo yourself, or the photographer gave you permission. Photos by professional photographers or studios usually need their permission.
  2. Your content must not include brand names or logos, sports teams or colleges, cartoon or movie characters, famous people, song lyrics, or art made by someone else. It must also not be hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal, and must not show other people's private information.
  3. You allow Fairsprout and our printing partners to use your content only to make, ship and support your order and to show you a preview.
  4. We check personalized orders before printing. We may refuse or cancel any personalized order, with a full refund, if we think your content breaks these terms or the law. We don't correct spelling unless you ask us to.
  5. You are responsible for the content you upload.
  6. We keep your uploads only as long as we need them to make your order and handle any problem with it. See our Privacy policy.

10. Our content

The text, logo, and design of this store belong to Fairsprout or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us.

11. Links to other websites

Our store may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Limits of our responsibility

We sell our products "as is" except where the law says otherwise. To the extent allowed by law, Fairsprout is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be changed by agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Texas.

16. Subscriptions

Some products are sold with a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The price, how often you're charged, what ships and how to cancel are shown next to the Add to cart button, at checkout, in your confirmation email and in our Subscription policy. You can cancel online in your account at any time.
